AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A GRANT AGREEMENT AND ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING THERETO
WITH THE KENTUCKY STATE POLICE TO OBTAIN FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF
$16,200.00 FOR ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR THE GOVERNOR'S HIGHWAY SAFETY
OFFICE PROGRAM
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a Grant
Agreement and all documents relating thereto with the Kentucky State Police to obtain funds in
the amount of $16,200.00 for the Governor's Highway Safety Office Program.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
