AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH THE JETTON GROUP
WHEREAS, The Jetton Group desires to engage the City to provide certain
assistance related to the administration of a HOME -funded project to be undertaken by The
Jetton Group; and
C WHEREAS, the parties have come to an agreement in regard to the provision of
such services by the Jetton Group, and do now hereby desire to formalize such agreement in
writing.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Contract for
Professional Services with The Jetton Group for assistance in administering a Kentucky Housing
Corporation HOME grant for the Jetton School project.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
