ORDINANCE NO. 98-8-5917
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SALARIES OF CIVIL, SERVICE
EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That subsection 3(b) of civil service salaries in the Public Works
Department of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby amended to read as follows:
(b) The chief of the maintenance division may designate one maintenance specialist in
his department to act as lead man or part-time working foreman to serve in such capacity at the
direction of the chief of the maintenance division. The maintenance specialist so designated shall
be paid an additional $1.00 per hour during such times as the maintenance specialist designated
actually serves in such capacity. The current Facility Maintenance Leadm Specialist also
receive $0.52 per hour on his base rate.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
