AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
CONTRACT ADDENDUM NO. 2 BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND THE
AMERICAN FEDERATION OF STATE, COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES
(AFSCME) LOCAL 1586
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute Contract
Addendum No. 2, "Wage and Benefits", between the City of Paducah and the American
Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Local 1586.

SECTION 2. This Contract Addendum shall be retroactive to January 1,
