ORDINANCE NO. 98-8- 593
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY,
TRANSPORTATION CABINET, DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS FOR THE FLOURNOY
1 STREET EMPROVEMENT PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute an
Agreement with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Transportation Cabinet, Department of
Highways for reimbursement by the State for the Flournoy Street Improvement Project in an
amount not to exceed $75,000.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
