AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF KENTUCKY
LEAGUE OF CITIES IN THE AMOUNT OF $415,116 FOR PROPERTY/CASUALTY
AND LIABILITY INSURANCE FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR FY 1998/99,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City accepts the proposal of Kentucky League of Cities
in the amount of $415,116 for Property/Casualty and Liability Insurance for the City of
Paducah for Fiscal Year 1998/99.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
Kentucky League of Cities for services authorized in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
