AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A GRANT AGREEMENT AND ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING THERETO
WITH THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY JUSTICE CABINET TO OBTAIN FUNDS
IN THE AMOUNT OF $16,780.00 FOR THE ZERO TOLERANCE DUI PREVENTION
PROGRAM
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a Grant
Agreement and all documents relating thereto with the Commonwealth of Kentucky Justice
Cabinet to obtain funds in the amount of $16,780.00 for the Zero Tolerance DUI Prevention
Program.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
