ORDINANCE NO. 98-1- SSL 8
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT AND ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING THERETO WITH THE PADUCAH
AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE ALPHA
PROJECT CDBG MICROENTERPRISE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City has obtained a Community Develop-
ment Block Grant for the Alpha Project CDBG Microenterprise
Program; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to engage the Paducah Area
Chamber of Commerce to render technical advice, administrative
assistance and project management services necessary for the
implementation and successful completion of this program.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute an Agreement, and all documents relating
thereto, with the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce for the
for technical management services for the Alpha Project CDBG
Microenterprise Program.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 006-1219-513-2307.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
