AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PADUCAH INDEPENDENT
SCHOOL BOARD AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR USE OF THE JETTON
SCHOOL GYMNASIUM
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a Lease Agreement for the sum of $1.00
between the Paducah Independent School Board and the City of
Paducah for the City's use of the Jetton School Gymnasium.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
