ORDINANCE NO. 98-2-
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $19,589 WITH FARRIS,
HATCHER, TREMPER & ASSOC., INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES
1 FOR LITTLEVILLE INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS
' WHEREAS, the City has a need for engineering services necessary for the study,
design and construction of the Littleville Infrastructure Improvements; and
WHEREAS, Farris, Hatcher, Tremper & Associates, Inc., has in its employ
persons experienced in this area of expertise.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute an
agreement with Farris, Hatcher, Tremper & Associates, Inc., in an amount not to exceed
$19,589.00 for professional engineering services for the study, design and construction of the
Littleville Infrastructure Improvements.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 001-1204-513-
2307 (ED0008).
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
