AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE KENTUCKY
TRANSPORTATION CABINET AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR
RESTORATION AND RELOCATION OF #1518 STEAM LOCOMOTIVE
CSECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute an
Agreement with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet in an amount not to exceed
$100,000 for restoration and relocation of #1518 steam locomotive. The City of Paducah
will provide matching funds in the amount of $25,000 for this project.

SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 002-0000-
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
