AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF KIT -MO RENTAL &
SUPPLY COMPANY IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $15,000 FOR
PROVIDING THE CITY WITH PORTABLE TOILET SERVICE, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the bid of Kit -MO Rental &
Supply Company in an amount not to exceed $15,000 for providing the City with portable
toilet service, for use by the Parks Department, said being in substantial compliance with
bid specifications, advertisement for bids, and as contained in the bid of Kit -Mo Rental &
Supply Company of March 16, 1998.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
Kit -MO Rental & Supply Company for portable toilet service, authorized in Section 1
above, according to the specifications, advertisement, bid proposal and all contract
documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.

SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 001-2402-
SECTION 4. In order to have these facilities available for the recreation
season which begins on April 1, 1998, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
ordinance shall become effective with one reading.
