REIMBURSE McCRACKEN COUNTY FISCAL COURT AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$168,000, FOR THE McCRACKEN COUNTY LANDFILL PUMP AND TREAT SYSTEM

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to reimburse
McCracken County Fiscal Court an amount not to exceed $168,000 for a 30" sanitary sewer
interceptor in conjunction with the McCracken County Landfill Pump and Treat System Project.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 055-3310-532-
4245 (WW0038).
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be
published by summary pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
