AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF ANTHEM BLUE
CROSS AND BLUE SHIELD OF KENTUCKY FOR HEALTH INSURANCE
COVERAGE FOR CITY OF PADUCAH EMPLOYEES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1998/99,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
r7-1111—�' SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the proposal of Anthem Blue

employees for Fiscal Year 1998/99.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
