AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO PAY
SEAMAN'S CHURCH INSTITUTE AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $76,657.00, FOR
EMERGENCY STABILIZATION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to pay Seaman's
Church Institute an amount not to exceed $76,657.00 for emergency stabilization pursuant to the
lease agreement between Seaman's Church Institute and the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 001-1204-513-
2307, ED0007.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be
published by summary pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
