AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF KENTUCKY
LEAGUE OF CITIES IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $349,659 FOR
WORKER' S COMPENSATION INSURANCE FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
f BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City accepts the proposal of Kentucky League of Cities
in an amount not to exceed $349,659 for Worker's Compensation insurance for the City
of Paducah for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 1999.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
Kentucky League of Cities for services authorized in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to Insurance Fund 072.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
