AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF MT. OLIVE FREE WILL
BAPTIST CHURCH IN THE AMOUNT OF $500 FOR THE PURCHASE OF REAL
PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 1027 FINLEY STREET AND 1018 NORTH ELEVENTH
STREET IN PADUCAH, McCRACKEN COUNTY, KENTUCKY
WHEREAS the Ci does not have an use at this time or in the future for said
City Y
property, which constitutes surplus real estate.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the sale to Mt. Olive Free Will Baptist Church of real
properties located at 1027 Finley Street and 1018 North Eleventh Street are hereby approved for
the sum of $500.00.
SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel is hereby authorized to prepare a
deed for the above-described real property, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a deed
and any other documents necessary for the sale of said real property.
SECTION 3. This ordinance will be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
