ORDINANCE NO. 98 `S` , 3 �-
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $21,425.00 WITH
OHRC, INC., FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, an OSHA Respiratory Regulation effective October 5, 1998,
requires employers to provide medical evaluations for employees who are required to wear
respirators on the job; and
WHEREAS, OHRC, Inc., has the facilities and resources to provide this extensive
medical service and certification.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute an
agreement with OHRC, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $21,425.00 for professional medical
services for the medical evaluations for employees who are required to wear respirators on the
job.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 001-1802-522-
3928; 055-3301-532-3928; 055-3302-532-3928; 055-3303-532-3928; 001-3307-532-3928; and
001-3308-532-3928.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
