AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND COUNTY OF
McCRACKEN FOR THE McCRACKEN COUNTY LANDFILL REMEDIATION
PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement between the City of Paducah and McCracken County for the McCracken
County Landfill Remediation Project.
SECTION 2. The pump and treatment system at the landfill is in
operation; therefore an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall
become effective immediately with one reading.
