AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF CUES, A DIVISION OF ELXSI
FOR THE PURCHASE OF A TV INSPECTION SYSTEM WITH COLOR CAMERA AND
RELATED ACCESSORIES FOR USE BY THE WASTEWATER/STORMWATER UTILITY
DIVISION, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the bid of CUES, A Division of Elxsi
for the purchase of a TV Inspection System with color camera and related accessories in the
amount of $38,622.00 for use by the Wastewater/Stormwater Utility Division, said bid being in
substantial compliance with the bid specifications, advertisement for bids, and as contained in the
bid of CUES, A Division of Elxsi dated August 27, 1998.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with CUES,
Division of Elxsi for the purchase of a TV Inspection with color camera and related accessories,
according to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to account no. 055-3310-532-
4245 WW0046.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
