AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF KMRMA IN
THE AMOUNT OF $61,648 FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE & CASUALTY
INSURANCE FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR FY 1998/99, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City accepts the proposal of KMRMA in the amount of
$61,648 for Property Damage and Casualty Insurance for the City of Paducah for Fiscal
Year 1998/99, and authorizes the Mayor to execute a contract for same.

SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 072-0208-
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
