AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A GRANT AGREEMENT AND ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING THERETO
WITH THE KENTUCKY STATE POLICE TO OBTAIN FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF
$43,000.00 FOR THE KENTUCKY STATE POLICE HIGHWAY SAFETY PROGRAM
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a Grant
Agreement and all documents relating thereto with the Kentucky State Police to obtain funds in
the amount of $43,000.00 for the Kentucky State Police Highway Safety Program.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
