AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A DEED OF CORRECTION FROM THE CITY OF PADUCAH TO THE
MARKET HOUSE THEATRE OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, INC., FOR SALE OF
PROPERTY LOCATED AT REAR OF 120-122 SOUTH SECOND STREET
WHEREAS a Dee of Correction is required to correct the name of the grantee

and correct deed book page numbeir contained in a Special Warranty Deed dated May 5, 1998,
between the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and the Market House Theatre, Inc., for property located
at the rear of 120-122 South Second Street.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a Deed
of Correction by and between the 4ity of Paducah and the Market House Theatre of Paducah,
Kentucky, Inc., for sale of property located at the rear of 120-122 South Second Street.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
