AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE AN AMENDED AGREEMENT WITH FLORENCE & HUTCHESON
INC. FOR THE CHARTER OAK DRIVE LIFT STATION REPLACEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, on July 3, 1997, the City executed an agreement with
Florence & Hutcheson Inc. in an amount not to exceed $8,090 for professional
engineering services for the Charter Oak Drive Lift Station Replacement Project; and
WHEREAS, it is now necessary to amend this agreement for additional
engineering inspection services for this project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
an Amended Agreement with Florence & Hutcheson Inc. in an amount not to exceed
$4,940 for additional engineering inspection services for the Charter Oak Drive Lift
Station Replacement Project, thereby increasing the contract amount to $13,030.00

SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 055-3310-
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
