AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $10,277.00 WITH APEX
ENGINEERING, INC., FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR
IMPROVEMENTS TO THE HARRISON STREET LIFT STATION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute an
agreement with Apex Engineering, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $10,277.00 for professional
engineering services for improvements to the Harrison Street Lift Station.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 055-3310-532-
4245 WW0007.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
