AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $143,180.00 WITH
FLORENCE & HUTCHESON, INC., FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES
FOR DESIGN IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
ANAEROBIC DIGESTER REHABILITATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City has a need for engineering services for design improvements
for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Anaerobic Digester Rehabilitation Project; and
WHEREAS, Florence & Hutcheson, Inc., has in its employ persons experienced in
this area of expertise.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute an
agreement with Florence & Hutcheson, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $143,180.00 for
professional engineering services for design improvements for the Wastewater Treatment Plant
Anaerobic Digester Rehabilitation Project.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 055-3310-532-
4245 WW0008.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
