ORDINANCE NO. 98-12-5982
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH LANDOWNERS, MARSHALL AND ANNE GREEN
FOR INSTALLATION OF THE STUART NELSON PARK ROAD- COUNTY PARK ROAD
SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION AND STUART NELSON PARK ROAD -COUNTY PARK
ROAD CONNECTOR
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah desires to develop a connector road and public
utilties between Stuart Nelson Park Road and County Park Road; and
WHEREAS, Marshall and Anne Green own land which will be impacted by the
proposed roadway and public utilities; and
WHEREAS, the City and Marshall and Anne Green have reached an agreement
reflecting mutual cooperation and wish to commit their understanding to writing.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute an
Agreement with landowners, Marshall and Anne Green for installation of the Stuart Nelson Park
Road -County Park Road Sanitary Sewer Extension and Stuart Nelson Park Road -County Park
Road Connector. This Agreement is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully set
out herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
�J 1 effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
