AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF EMPLOYEE
BENEFIT CLAIMS OF WISCONSIN, INC. (EBC) AS THIRD PARTY
ADMINISTRATOR FOR THE GROUP HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN FOR THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City accepts the proposal of Employee Benefit Claims
of Wisconsin, Inc. (EBC) as Third Party Administrator for the group health insurance plan
for the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
EBC for services authorized in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
