AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT MAKING THE CITY OF PADUCAH A MEMBER OF
THE PURCHASE AREA TELECOMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY (DATA)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
' SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an Interlocal
Cooperative Agreement creating the Purchase Area Telecommunications Authority
(PATA), and making the City of Paducah a member of said Authority.
SECTION 2. This ordinances shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
