AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY BETWEEN THE KENTUCKY
HOUSING CORPORATION AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR AN
AFFORDABLE HOUSING TRUST FUND GRANT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all
documents necessary with Kentucky Housing Corporation for an Affordable Housing
Trust Fund Grant in the amount of $100,000.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
