AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
DEED FOR THE PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2560 CAIRO
ROAD BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a deed and all

documents necessary for the purchase of 2.078 acres of real property located at 2560
Cairo Road, from Rental Housing, Inc., in the amount of $41,560.00. This property is to
be used to construct another point of ingress and egress to Noble Park.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 040-8821-
536-2307 (PA0023).
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
