AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
INDEMNIFYING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PADUCAH MCCRACKEN
COUNTY JOINT SEWER AGENCY AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH
ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT O , KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
an Indemnifying Agreement with the Paducah -McCracken County Joint Sewer Agency to
allow the issuance of permits for the Agency to work within the City's right-of-way.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
