AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH OCCUPATIONAL HEALTHCARE
RESOURCES CONSULTANTS INC. (OHRC) FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL
SERVICES FOR ONE YEAR
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah entered in to a contract with
Occupational Healthcare Resources Consultants Inc. pursuant to Ordinance No. 98-9-
5934; and
WHEREAS, the City now desires to standardize prices for professional
medical services for one year.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
contract with Occupational Healthcare Resources Consultants Inc., which contract will
standardize the cost for professional medical services for one year.
SECTION 2. These expenditures shall be charged to the following
account numbers: 001-8102-522-3928, 001-3307-532-3928, and 001-3303-532-3928.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
