AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO
AN AMENDED CONTRACT FOR DEED AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS
RELATING THERETO WITH MIC INVESTMENT GROUP IN THE AMOUNT OF
$160,000, FOR SALE BY THE CITY OF VARIOUS REAL PROPERTIES LOCATED
AT 100-116 BROADWAY, IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, McCRACKEN COUNTY,
KENTUCKY"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an Amended
Contract for Deed and all other documents relating thereto, with WC Investment Group
in the amount of $160,000, for sale by the City of various parcels of property known as
100, 102, 104, 106, 108, 110-112, and 114 Broadway in the City of Paducah, McCracken
County, Kentucky, subject to review by the Corporation Counsel.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
