AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
DEED FOR THE PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1506 NORTH
EIGHTH STREET BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a deed and all
documents necessary for the purchase of real property located at 1506 North Eighth
Street, from Lonnie and Wanda Crowdus, in the amount of $12,000.00. This property is
to be used to construct an expansion of the Compost Facility.

SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 050-2211-
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
