AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH
PADUCAH MAIN STREET FOR SPECIFIC SERVICES

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, ]KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a contract with Paducah Main Street in the amount of $35,000.00 for specific services
during Fiscal Year 2000.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 001-0106-
511-8018.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
