AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $57,963.00 WITH CIVIL, DESIGN
GROUP, INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE CONRAD
HEIGHTS IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City intends to perform pavement, curb and gutter, and
stormwater drainage improvements in the Conrad Heights Subdivisions; and
WHEREAS, the City has a need for engineering services necessary for the design
of the Conrad Heights Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, Civil Design Group, Inc., has in its employ persons experienced in
this area of expertise.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute an
agreement with Civil Design Group, Inc., in the amount of $57,963.00 for professional
engineering services for the design of the Conrad Heights Improvement Project.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 040-3315-532-
2307 (ST0016).
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
