AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A REVISED CONTRACT WITH WEST KENTUCKY PRIVATE
INDUSTRY COUNCIL FOR A DECREASE IN FUNDING FOR THE CITY OF
PADUCAH YOUTH CORPS PROGRAM
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a revised contract with the West Kentucky Private Industry Council for funds in the
amount of $10,462.44 for eight workers in the Paducah Youth Corps Program. This
contract is being decreased from the amount of $17,641.11 f6r 30 workers.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
