AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH
FLORENCE & HUTCHESON FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a contract with Florence & Hutcheson, Inc. in the amount of $146,200.00 for
professional engineering services for the Paducah Streetscape Project - Phase I.
513-2307.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 040-1203-
SECTION 3. Due to the necessity of completing this project prior to the
onset of inclement weather, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance
shall become effective immediately with one reading.
