AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO
PAY FOR STREET LIGHT INSTALLATIONS IN STINESPRING ESTATES AND
FAIRFIELD SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:

SECTION 1. That the Finance Director is authorized to pay the sum of
$6,120.00 to Ted Herpel for street lights installed in Stinespring Estates and the sum of
$8,800.00 to Wayne Simmons for street lights installed in Fairfield Subdivision.
SECTION 2. These expenditures shall be charged to Commission
Contingency Account.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
