AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A POWER CONTRACT BETWEEN PADUCAH POWER SYSTEM AND THE
CITY OF PADUCAH FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT BUILDING LOCATED AT 1400
BROADWAY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Power Contract between Paducah Power System and the City of Paducah. Said agreement is for
the supply of total power requirements for the Paducah Police Department located at 1400
Broadway.

SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 001-1601-521-
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
