AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH OHRC, INC. TO PROVIDE EMT
TRAINING FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is authorized to execute an agreement with
OHRC, Inc. to provide EMT training for newly employed firefighters at a cost of $1,500
per employee.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No.
001-1804-5223-801.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
