AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY BETWEEN RENAISSANCE
KENTUCKY ALLIANCE AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR A FACADE FUNDS
GRANT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all
documents necessary with Renaissance Kentucky Alliance for a Renaissance Kentucky
TE -21 Facade Funds Grant in the amount of $80,000.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
