AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY BETWEEN THE KENTUCKY
TRANSPORTATION CABINET AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR A GRANT
FOR THE RIVER HERITAGE MUSEUM
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all
documents necessary with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for a TE -21
Transportation Enhancement Grant in the amount of $300,000 for the River Heritage
Museum.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
