AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY BETWEEN THE KENTUCKY
TRANSPORTATION CABINET AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR A GRANT
FOR STREETSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS
(�1 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all
documents necessary with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for a Renaissance
Kentucky TE -21 Grant in the amount of $650,000 for streetscape improvements. The
City of Paducah will provide matching funds in the amount of $162,500 for this project.

SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 040-1203-
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
