AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND
McCRACKEN COUNTY FOR A GRANTS ADMINISTRATOR POSITION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Management Agreement with McCracken County for a Grants Administrator position.
McCracken County shall pay the annual sum of $20,000 to the City, who shall be the employer of
record.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
