AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR THE HOUSING AND URBAN
DEVELOPMENT DISASTER RECOVERY INITIATIVE FUNDS AND ALL DOCUMENTS
RELATING THERETO WITH THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, DEPARTMENT
OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Memorandum of Understanding for the Housing and Urban Development Disaster Recovery
Initiative Funds and all documents relating thereto with the Commonwealth of Kentucky,
Department of Local Government for the receipt of supplemental flood funds in the amount of
$18,915.76.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
