AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION CABINET
CONCERNING INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT WAYNE SULLIVAN
AND LOCUST DRIVE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for the City's reimbursement of the
sum of $12,662.15 for one-half the cost of installation of a traffic signal at the intersection
of Wayne Sullivan and Locust Drive.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No.
001-2202-531-3919.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will

become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
