AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO
REIMBURSE GPEDC FOR SITE IMPROVEMENTS AND EMPLOYEE TRAINING
FOR THE LYNX PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
' SECTION 1. That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to reimburse
GPEDC the total amount of $196,637.17, which amount includes the sum of $125,000.00
for one-half the cost of employee training, and the sum of $71,637.17 for one-third the
cost of site improvements. The remaining two-thirds of the cost for site improvements
will be divided equally between GPEDC and McCracken County. The City of Paducah
and McCracken County each pay one-half the cost of employee training.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No.
001-1204-513-2304.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
