AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN LOURDES HOSPITAL AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH
FOR THE McAULEY LIFT STATION, FORCE MAIN AND SANITARY SEWER
EXTENSION PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement between Lourdes Hospital and the City of Paducah for the McAuley Lift
Station, Force Main and Sanitary Sewer Extension Project. Lourdes will reimburse the
City the approximate sum of $33,000.00, which is their proportionate share of the
constructions costs calculated at twenty-six percent (26%).

SECTION 2. This transaction shall be charged to Account No. 055-3310-
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
